We are excited to announce that we will be hosting our own clinic with a local Orthopedic PA to perform physicals for the second consecutive year. This clinic will be held on Saturday, July 25th and take place here at the GHLS gym. The cost for the exam will be $25.00. Families can pay at the clinic with cash or card. Please make sure to have the physical form printed out and the medical history portion filled out ahead of time. A copy of the physical form is attached to this post.
